Friday brought single digit temperatures again… brrr. I don’t know about you, but we’re getting a little tired of winter! This week it was Audrey’s turn to pick our family night activities. Audrey quickly chose pizza and a movie.
To save money we always make homemade pizzas. It’s really a win-win. Homemade pizza cost me less than $10 and everyone loves making his or her own personal pizza. Even “Cotton Candy” the penguin helped 😉
I started on the 21 Day Fix in January, so our pizzas needed to be healthy! I only make one meal, so that means the kids’ pizzas were healthy too. The recipe is easy, and enables everyone to still make his or her own pizza.

We get a little nervous of Audrey’s movie choices. She chose Marley and Me a week after we put our German shepherd, Nala to sleep…. Needless to say, we all cringe when it’s Audrey’s turn to pick. Luckily she chose Denis the Menace which was free with Amazon prime.
All in all, it was a good night!
21 Day Fix Pizza:
Crust: 1 whole wheat tortilla (1 yellow)
Sauce: No salt/no sugar added sauce (.25 green)
Toppings: I chose turkey pepperoni (.5 red), green pepper, and fresh mushrooms (.75 green), and cheese (1 blue)
Total Container Count: 1 yellow, 1 green, 1/2 red, 1 blue
Place pizza on a Pam coated cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
